- Later in November 2023, an FIR filed against Elvish and five others by the Noida police after nine venomous snakes, including cobras, found in their possession. These snakes and snake venom were used in alleged illegal rave parties. The case was initiated based on a complaint by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO. They had accused Elvish of shooting videos with snakes and hosting unauthorized parties with snake venom and drugs.
- On 17 March 2024, Elvish and those five others were arrested under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for arranging snake venom in rave parties.
